I’m looking for someone to take over my contract as I have found a job which is 2 hour commute and it’s tiring for me to commute 2 hours everyday. Hence, I’m trying to move near the company I work for.

This is 1-bed flat right next to lively Brick Lane area (E2 7DG) which is 5 min walk to Shoreditch High Street Station and 15 min walk to Liverpool Street Station providing easy access to good transport.

EPC rating B so flat is warm throughout the winter.

Flat was offered unfurnished with a bed and a wardrobe but landlord is flexible. I am willing to sell my furnitures(IKEA sofa bed, dining tables, etc) at a reasonable prices if you need furnitures.

You can also extend the contract once my contract ends(31st Jan). Landlord is very flexible.
