Fully furnished as shown in the photo. The room size is 410cm x 260cm (11square meters). One bathroom for sharing. No living room.

The flat is located on Cable Street within a 3 minute walk to the Shadwell DLR and Overground stations. It's also conveniently located between the City and Canary Wharf with an easy access by bike (10min) or 30 min walk.

The flat is home to Rita (63), my mum, who is friendly, youthful, and easy to get along with. I (the owner) occasionally stay mid-week when working in the City. Most weekends my mum stays with me and my partner at my house in Sidcup.

We are looking for a professional or mature student who is considerate, keeps things tidy and is looking for calm and homely environment.

The rent is £215 per week (£860 per month) all inclusive (council tax, internet broadband, TV licence, utilities).
