I have a 2-bedroom flat situated in Hoxton (8 mins walk to the station, 15 mins walk to Old Street station, 20 mins walk to Liverpool Street station). There's a Lidl 30 second away from the flat.

You'll be sharing the flat with me. I'm a working professional that is pretty much in the office most time during the week. I'm very friendly and very very peaceful.

Rent is £1,300 per month or £325 per week with 3 weeks rent as deposit. This is negotiable for the right person :)

Council tax, water, and electricity bills are not included while WiFi, and gas bills are included (can also do all bills included in the rent for £1,450 as bills are about ~£150 each).
