Seeking someone to rent my spare room in my spacious two bed flat while I'm away toward the end of my lease - you'll mostly have the place to yourself! The flat is free for the next three weeks with the potential to take over the lease and the flat (unfurnisted) if you like it from April onwards.

Rent for the spareroom is £1050 for the three weeks - can be pro-rata'd for the nights you need. The second bedroom could also be rented if you are renting with a friend!

One of its best features is the location - one minute away from Broadway Market for morning coffees and weekend food and craft markets and one minute from Haggerston park for dog runs, tennis and Hackney city farm.

For exploring the rest of the city there is a lime bike dock right outside and we are 20 minutes walk to Shoreditch, 10 minutes walk to Hoxton or London Fields overground and 15 minutes to Bethnal Green underground. On weekends the area is buzzing with local food and flower markets and we are 15 minutes to Victoria Park too.

If you are new to London this could be the perfect starting point - it is the hub of culture and food, a young people’s mecca and my favourite part of the city!
