Hi all,
We have available a single room in our four bedroom house. Available from mid April . As this is an all female household, a female tenant is preferred.
You will be sharing with three other flatmates. All are friendly and socialise but also have busy lives of their own.
The house has a large garden in the back that is secluded and perfect for BBQ and having breakfast outside. It also has a secured bicycle holder installed. The house is less than 10 minutes away from Limehouse Station and 10 minutes from Mile End Station - subsequently very close to Queen Mary University. Mile end Park is less than 5 minutes away for leisurely walks or scenic strolls along the canal stretching to Victoria Park
We are an animal friendly house and currently have a cat living in the house.
All the appliances in the house ( Fridge, Tumble dryer, Washing machine, Oven) are new and under warranty.
