I'm looking for someone to sublet my room (with a double bed) in a lovely three-bedroom flat in Bethnal Green from **2 to 28 December**.

It's really close to several tube and Overground stations, and you'll be sharing with two wonderful, friendly flatmates!

📍 **Location & transport**

The flat is on the fourth floor of a building in Bethnal Green, and super well connected:

- 3-minute walk to Bethnal Green Underground (Central line)
- 8-minute walk to Stepney Green (District and Hammersmith & City lines)
- 10-minute walk to Bethnal Green Overground
- Around 20 minutes on foot to Whitechapel
- Approximately 25 minutes by bike to Central London

🏡 **The flat**

The flat has a fully equipped kitchen with four hobs, an oven, microwave, sandwich maker, and shared plates, glasses, cutlery and mugs.

There's also a cosy living room with a sofa, coffee table and dining table, plus a serving hatch connecting it to the kitchen (like a diner – makes for cute hangouts).

The bathroom is split into two separate rooms: one with a shower/bath and sink, and another with a toilet and second sink.

💛 **Your flatmates**

You'll be sharing with two lovely flatmates, aged 27 and 29. One works in policy and the other is doing a PhD at LSE.

They're both genuinely lovely people, and you'll have a chance to chat with them beforehand to make sure it's a good fit for everyone.

💸 Rent & availability

- £910 for the full period, including council tax.
- Other bills (water, electricity, gas and Wi-Fi) are charged separately and split evenly between the three flatmates.
- **£300 refundable security deposit**, returned at the end of the stay, subject to any agreed deductions for damage or outstanding charges.
- Available to sublet from 2 to 28 December.
