Hi, i have a room in E1 (Zone 1 - Aldgate East) and since i’m going home for a few months i wanted to sublet the room.

Here are the details:

- Female household. You will be living with two girls - 21 and 23 year olds. One is a student and recently moved in, the other one is working in the fashion industry. Its a safe, chill household. You’ll be sharing the lounge and kitchen with them.

- the rent is £1250 (includes all bills) per month. The room is an Ensuite. Its very spacious and has plenty of storage!

- availability: 1st March-1st May (the dates are open to negotiation)

- transport: the nearest tube station is a 3 mins walk. Plenty of bus stations all around as well. Liverpool st is a 15 mins walk. The area is quite busy and safe!
