Double bedroom available in an amazing location, just a 5-minute walk from Liverpool Street, Aldgate East, Brick Lane and Spitalfields Market. The flat is right next to Spitalfields, but tucked away in a quiet estate, so it feels surprisingly calm despite being so central.
The flat is split over two floors and has 4 bedrooms, 1 shared bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room with lots of natural light. The room comes furnished with a bed, cupboard and wardrobe. The extra furniture shown in the pictures is mine, but I’d be happy to sell some of it for a small price if wanted.
I’m looking for someone friendly, social and easy-going to replace me, as I sadly have to leave London. Ideally someone in their 20s, creative, outgoing, and happy to be part of a flat that feels more like a little family than just random housemates.
The flatmates are all genuinely good friends. It’s a mix of students and young professionals, all in creative fields; from interior architecture to fashion and music. The flat has a really warm, social energy: dinners, drinks, nights out, random chats in the living room, but still respectful and chilled when people need their own space.
The room is available from 1st July. The contract is initially for 2 months, with the possibility to extend.
