Hello!

Two large doubles have come free in my house, both with all bills included.

As it happens, the two women who lived here are both moving on within a few weeks of each other, which is why there are two rooms going rather than one. I like to keep the house at an even two and two, so it's women I'm looking for this time. Friends moving in as a pair are very welcome, as are individuals.

Happy to put you in touch with previous lodgers.

Like all my previous guests, I'm not looking for people to just coexist with, but people we will enjoy the company of. Cultivating a space where we can socialise and relax, but also respect each other's privacy, is the goal.

I live here too, so it's in my own interest to be rectifying problems quickly, and replacing and upgrading things around the house. I want to be flexible and receptive to your needs.

ABOUT YOU:

Ideally you are a young professional like myself.

The household happens to be vegetarian and pescatarian and I'd enjoy keeping that feel, though it isn't a hard rule. Vegans very welcome.

ABOUT THE ROOMS:

Both rooms are good sized doubles and come furnished with:

-Double bed
-Chest of drawers
-Wardrobe
-Large mirror
-Sturdy 6 pin lock on the door, with an internal thumb turn

ABOUT THE HOUSE:

There's a lot of space. A log burner in the living room, a cellar and attic for storage, a garden, and parking.

The kitchen has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, two fridge-freezers and a dishwasher, so nobody is ever queuing for anything.

It's also a genuinely warm house. The EPC rating is 88, so you should be snug all year round.

Carrington is about a mile and a half north of the city centre, with regular buses along Mansfield Road, and Sherwood's shops, pubs and cafes are a short walk away.
Buses stops for the centre and the hospital are a 60 second walk away.

-Electric heaters (turning the heating up is fine if needed!!)

-No flames inside (apart from the log burner in the living room)
-No subletting (obviously)

Some of the photos still show the previous lodgers' things. Both rooms are empty now.

VIEWINGS:

A viewing is very highly recommended of course! I'll fit around whatever time suits you, and you're welcome to bring a friend along. If it would help, I'm also happy to put you in touch with one of my previous housemates before you decide anything.
