Small double room available immediately.
Small double room available for a professional female in a recently refurbished mid-terrace house. New roof and boiler, so nice and warm and well looked after.
3 bedrooms in total, with shared living room, dining room, kitchen and ground floor bathroom.
I’m looking for someone clean, tidy, considerate and easy to live with — good communication is important as it’s a shared rather than a regular house share.
Please note:
No couples, families or pets.
I do have a cat, so you’ll need to not have any allergies and be very considerate and conscientious.
There are currently two working professionals living here, looking for one more — short term (3–6 months) or longer term considered. Mon-Fri is preferred but will consider full time.
The room has a small double bed, wardrobe, double chest of drawers and a desk. There’s also loft space if you need extra storage.
Nice back garden for the summer too.
Would suit someone needing Monday–Friday (preferred), but full time considered.
Rent:
£350 Mon–Fri
£400 full time
If you’re interested, please send a bit about yourself — what you do, when you’re looking to move, notice period and how long you’d want the room for.
Please note, I won’t be able to respond to short messages — so the more information you can send about yourself, the better.
Thanks,
Tracey
