The room is a large double and will be available unfurnished or furnished, depending on your preference:
£500 per month – Unfurnished (all bills included)
£550 per month – Furnished (basic furniture provided, by agreement)
If furnished, this can include essential items such as a bed, wardrobe and/or chest of drawers – we can discuss what you need.
A £300 deposit is required.
Photos of the room will be added once it is empty and ready.
