Hello, I live in a small Hamlet called Warland, near Walsden between Littleborough and Todmorden. I’ve just started looking for a midweek lodger. Monday to Friday, so 4 nights. The Hamlet is stunning with wonderful views and set on farmland with farmers that are very open to volunteers getting involved. Veg patches, tree planting etc, it’s a two bed house and I would move into the small spare room during the week. leaving a spacious double room, with lovely hillside views and a private bathtub.

I am a 45 year old musician who travels with work a lot so there may be times when you would have the place to yourself. Also my girlfriend lives in Hebden bridge so I am often there. It’s a pity the house is empty and I could do with the extra funds. So a during the week lodging arrangement would work well. There are good transport links with the bus very close and the railway station 15-20mins walk. There is also off-road parking nearby.

I am looking for a calm and considerate lodger. Happy to share all communal areas. I may entertain over the weekends so the room would be used when you're away.
