This advert is for a double room in a shared detached house with a live-in landlord in the Oldham area (council band C).

Currently there are no other house mates so the bathroom will be used by yourself only. The house is newly built, furnished and about a 3 mins walk to the nearest bus stop.

The bus 83 will have you at Piccadilly Gardens within 30 minutes.

I'm a chill landlord who keeps to myself. My only ask is that you keep the house and communal areas clean and as found. I travel most days of the week so you will typically have the house to yourself for a few days each week as well.
