I am looking to fill a room in our flat.
It’s a lovely open spacious new property situated in East Village, the old athletes village in the Olympic park. 5/10 minutes from Stratford underground, overground, DLR, buses and Westfield Stratford.

You would be sharing with 1 friends of mine - male, 31 and work in IT Audit. We are looking for someone who is fun, sociable, easy going, considerate and clean!

The flat has a large open plan living area which is fully furnished and has a fitted kitchen with a rated appliances, everything you would expect, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher etc. You will not need anything in the kitchen, or otherwise except your own wardrobe (ofcourse)

The flat also benefits from a large outdoor "winter garden" balcony area.

The room to let is furnished with a large double bed, 2 double fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, 2 bedside table and has additional space to spare. The room has a bathroom with a shower chamber and big mirrored cupboards.
