I am looking for someone to take over my room in Stratford from the start of February onwards! A bit about the house & area:

🏡The house is a townhouse based over three floors with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also a small outdoor area

🛌 Room comes with a king size double bed and mattress, a big wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a desk.

🛁 The room has it's own bathroom which is spacious.

🚂 Very well connected (less than 10 mins walk from Stratford station) with amazing connections (overground, central, jubilee, Elizabeth, DLR)! Westfield’s shopping centre is 5 minutes away, with the Olympic Park 5 minutes and Hackney Wick 15 minutes.

💸Rent: Rent is £1070 per month + bills (bills vary but never more than £150pm), no deposit required. You will need to be earning 35k or more to pass referencing

You’ll be living with 2 lovely girls, Isobel (26, works in west end theatre research) and Lydia (26, works in engineering consulting), who met at university. They are hoping for someone who would like to be friends as well as housemates.
