We are subletting our 2 bedroom flat in Stratford for the period 1-25 May 2026. It is only a couple of minutes away from the tube station, Westfield mall, and the olympic park.
It is on the 16th floor of a newly-built high-rise building with amazing south-east facing views to London's skyline. Living here will include access to amenities such as an indoor heated pool, a sauna, a well equipped gym, a terrace with barbecue facilites, and a co-working area.
The flat itself has two bedrooms with king beds, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and full sized fridge. There is a washer-dryer inside the flat and a trash chute that can be used on this floor. We also have two separate work stations that include standing desks and monitors - perfect if you are wfh. Finally, we have two winix air purifiers and triple glazed windows to ensure air quality and quiet (although windows also open). The flat also has air-conditioning.
We are renting it out for a bit more than three weeks while we are on holiday. We are looking for a security deposit of £200 and then a rent of £825 per week. Please message me if you'd like to come along and take a look. Please share some info about yourself too
