I’ve got 2 double rooms going in my 3-bed flat in Hackney Wick on 2nd July as both my housemates are moving back to Oz😭

You’ll be sharing with me - I’m 28 and work for a charity and have been living in London for 2 years! I’m really keen to keep the sociable house vibes going so I’m hoping to find girls who are up for hanging out now and again/going for drinks/enjoy a walk🫶

- Bedroom 1 (black bedframe): £1205 (plus bills). Has an en-suite and comes with double bed, side table and built in storage. It can also come with a mirror if you want.

- Bedroom 2 (cream bedframe): £1080 (plus bills). Comes with double bed, side tables and has big built in storage just outside of bedroom. Also comes with a mirror. The bed and side table in the picture are not the ones included. They will be the same as the ones in bedroom 1.

We have a balcony also, are about a 5 min walk to Hackney Wick station, or 15 to Stratford. We have a small Tescos 2 mins away and we’re really near the canal (1 min away) which has bars/places to eat, which is so nice in summer! Both rooms are available from 2nd/3rd July. There’s going to be a small rent increase of £40 per month for the whole flat, not per person.
