Looking for a female to take over my room in a lovely, spacious 3-bedroom apartment in East Village, Stratford.

I’m flexible with the exact move-in date, with dates available from 1st or 9th November.

* Around 6–7 minutes’ walk from Stratford Station, with access to the Elizabeth Line, Central Line, Jubilee Line and Overground

🏠 The apartment:

The flat is spacious, bright and fully furnished, with a lovely winter garden overlooking the courtyard.

The living room is fully furnished with sofas and a table, and the kitchen is equipped with plenty of appliances, cookware and dishes, so you’ll have everything you need, especially if you’re moving to London for the first time.

The apartment also has underfloor heating, which is especially lovely during the colder months! ❄️

You’ll be living with two lovely professional ladies who are very easy-going, friendly and respectful. We love sitting around and chatting, and the flat has a really warm, comfortable and homely atmosphere.

A deposit of around £1,290 will be required and will be protected through a DPS scheme via Get Living.

📋 Referencing:

Get Living requires a strict referencing check, so this is only open to working professionals who meet the referencing requirements.
