Hi there!

My current flatmate is moving offshore, so I’m looking for someone to take over the primary en-suite bedroom in this high-end luxury two-bedroom apartment at Coppermaker Square. The apartment is ideal for professionals seeking hassle-free living, with all maintenance handled by the property management team. The room will be available from 1 November 2026.

The flat is just a five-minute walk from Westfield Stratford City and Stratford Station. My commute to Farringdon takes around 22 minutes door to door via the Elizabeth line.

The Apartment & Room

The Room

You’ll have exclusive use of the master bedroom, featuring built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. I currently occupy this room but am happy to move into the second bedroom, leaving you with the en-suite.

The Flat

The apartment was completed in 2023 and is finished to a high standard. Features include underfloor heating, air cooling (particularly valuable during the summer), a modern kitchen and additional storage space. We’ll each have exclusive use of our own bathroom, and Coppermaker Square handles all maintenance requests.

The apartment also has a very large living room overlooking the Olympic Park and the London Aquatics Centre.

Furnishings

The flat was originally unfurnished, but I’m purchasing the existing living-room furniture from my outgoing flatmate, excluding the TV and sound system.

The bed shown in the bedroom photograph belongs to my outgoing flatmate and is available for purchase if you’re interested. He also has two storage units available.
