Looking for a new flatmate for our home in East Village.
About us: Two relaxed people, Matteo and Ricardo, (Italian and Spanish). We work long hours during the week but enjoy having dinner together and catching up about the day. We are down for a board games + G&T, or trips to the river marshes or Hackney wick! Also respectful of personal time. We have an extra member, Fofi, who is one of the cutest (and most quite) cat you will ever meet, he is Matteo's cat so he takes care of him.
About the room: Large double room with King size bed, with floor to ceiling window overlooking private (quite) gardens. Bathroom with rainfall shower shared with one (clean) person.
About the flat: Open plan living room and kitchen with views of the park (no cars) and terrace with outdoor eating/working + chill out area. Dishwasher, induction cooktop, washer/dryer, 24/7 security, underground secure bike storage, car/motorcycle garage (comes with extra £100 if you need it.
About the area: Loads of parks and canals literally around the corner, as well as shops, bars, restaurants and pubs. Super chill, family-vibe area with food markets every other weekend durning summer! 15min walk to a swimmable part of the River Lea, surrounded by trees right in the heart of London!
Connections to the city: 2min walk to underground, trains and Westfields shopping mall) - 15min Elizabeth line to Liverpool Street, 7min to St Pancras. Has Central, Jubilee, Elizabeth, Overground, DLR lines, and National Rail
