The room is a good-sized double with space for a desk, big windows, and your own main bathroom (I use the en-suite). Storage is straightforward: bedroom wardrobe plus kitchen cabinets.

Rent is £1,255 per month. Bills come to around £145 each (energy, electric, water, council tax). The contract is with Get Living on a 36-month term with a 2-month break clause, so you can leave any time with notice. No deposit and no agents.
