Looking for a friendly, considerate flatmate to join our home in East Village, Stratford from 29 August!

About the flat:
There's an open plan living room/kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and plenty of storage space, plus a washing machine/tumble dryer. Next to the living room is a lovely winter garden (like a covered balcony), which is great for the summer months. The flat has floor-to-ceiling windows so is always lovely and bright, as well as A/C for the hot weather! You would will have your own ensuite bathroom! The building does have an underground car park but the parking fee would be an additional charge. The flat is managed by Get Living, who are super helpful when it comes to any maintenance issues, and also have a 24-hour security team.

About the area:
The flat is situated in beautiful East Village which is a safe, clean and welcoming neighbourhood with a lovely community feel. There are plenty of green spaces, cafés ( 2 just next door!), restaurants and pubs on your doorstep, plus several gyms, a hairdresser and even a dry cleaners! It’s located right next to the Olympic Park and also within easy walking distance of Hackney Wick and Victoria Park. We're only five minutes' walk from the Westfield shopping centre, which has a big cinema as well as lots of shops and restaurants. Commuting and getting around couldn't be easier with Stratford International just five minutes away (DLR plus high-speed trains which get you to King's cross St Pancras in 8 minutes and down into Kent) and Stratford station less than 15 minutes' walk (Elizabeth line, Central, Jubilee, Overground and DLR).

About your future flatmates:
You will be sharing with 2 friendly male professionals: me (Chandara, 30, work in pharma) and Aryan (31, works in Law).

We both work full time and enjoy a friendly, calm and clean home where everyone respects eachother's space but also enjoy catching up over dinner or a movie together:)

We’re looking for another working professional who’d enjoy the same kind of environment and is ideally looking for a long-term home (around a year or longer).

As the tenancy is managed by Get Living, applicants must pass referencing and earn at least 30× the monthly rent annually to meet the affordability criteria.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys being part of the house, whether that’s having dinner together, relaxing with a movie, or occasionally going out for drinks. If you’re clean, respectful and looking for more than just a room, we’d love to hear from you!
