Hey ladies!

We’re looking for a lovely young professional in their mid-to-late 20s / early-mid 30s to join our relaxed, tidy and cosy sanctuary (fully furnished) in a great location in East Village, Stratford.

KEY DETAILS
Rent: £1138 + Bills (usually £90-£100 per month)
Contract start & move in date: 1st December
Deposit: 5 weeks rent

THE ROOM
✨ Spacious, bright and furnished double room in bright 3 bedroom flat. The room is east facing so gets a gorgeous sunrise. The room has big floor-to-ceiling windows with lots of light, 2 bedside tables, a tall 5 draw unit and fitted wardrobes. The flat has a big, homely living and kitchen area with lots of storage, that opens out onto the balcony, and the neighbourhood feels peaceful and safe. You’ll be sharing a clean bathroom with just me, theres a big mirrored cabinet with lots of storage space.

THE FLAT
🏡 You’d be living with myself and Daisy, two kind, respectful + empowering young professional women (29-31) working across Technology and Finance who are super easy-going and friendly. We WFH around 2-4 times a week so suitable for those looking for similar.

💕 There’s a strong sense of community, care and support and it’s been a really nurturing and fun haven for us both, so perfect for those wanting a proper peaceful, sociable home in the city where they can grow. We are close and love a natter and giggle in the kitchen/on the sofa and will spend quality/social time together when we can. We love TV nights, dinner/cooking, spirituality, drinks and pub, yoga, nature, crafts, exploring the area, exhibitions, etc. but we also make sure everyone has the space they need for their busy schedules, privacy and respite. Where we like to keep the party outside the house.

THE AREA

🚇 Stratford International Station — 5 mins (7 min train to Kings Cross!). Westfield and Stratford underground (Lizzie Line, DLR, Jubilee, Central Line and Mildmay Overground) — 8-10 mins walk.

📍 Vibrant + super convenient location. Stone’s throw away from Hackney Wick and Queen Elizabeth Park. Gyms, pilates/yoga studios, cute cafes/restaurants, a community sauna at the end of our road and so much more all within walking distance!

NEXT STEPS

🔎 We’re looking for another lovely lady in full-time employment who would be excited about living in a communal, tranquil and welcoming home where everyone supports and looks out for each other and the house in equal measure.

🙏🏻 If you think you’d be a good fit, please send me a message telling me a little about yourself with thoughts on move the move in date

♥️ The plan is to start viewings as soon as possible to get the ball rolling with documentation x
