Modern, fully furnished apartment in Rondo Stratford, just a few minutes' walk from Stratford International and Stratford stations. Really convenient for getting into Central London, the City or Canary Wharf, with Westfield and the Olympic Park right on the doorstep.

My girlfriend and I share one bedroom, and we're looking for a new flatmate for the second bedroom (bedroom 2 in the floor plan), which comes with your own private bathroom outside the room.

I work from home fairly often and my girlfriend is currently funemployed, so we're around the flat quite a bit. We also have a very cute Ragdoll cat who's super chill and friendly, although there's a good chance he'll pretend to be affectionate to you for food.

The flat has a washer and dryer, and Rondo has some great amenities, including a private residents' gym, co-working space with individual work rooms, and a cinema room that residents can book for up to 3 hours each month.

We're pretty relaxed and looking for someone who's friendly, clean and tidy and will treat the flat like their home. Bonus points if we have some interests in common, some of our interests are gaming, films, padel and anime.
