We (joint landlords Patrick 29 and David 27, both male) are young(ish?) professionals working in london and have let out our spare room for most of the last 4 years. Most recently we let the room to Val (and her cat) for nearly 2 years, a lovely to live with secondary school teacher in the local area who sadly for us has recently moved out to live with her partner.

Lieke 25, Vet nurse, female, and Patricks partner has also lived with us for over 2 years now.

We are easy going, freindly and social people and looking for a equally freindly and reliable person to join the household for a period of 6-24months. Preferably a young professional with a stable income/ability to pay rent.

** BEDROOM / HOUSE **
Double bedroom on first floor overlooking the back garden. Double bed with storage space underneath, chest of drawers, bedside table and built in wardrobe space for hanging clothes / storage with additional cupboard space above. There is currently also a desk and chair left by Val, you would be free to keep these in the room if useful to you or we would be happy to dispose of them if not.

The whole house is a shared communal space excluding bedrooms. This includes:

> Upstairs bathroom inc toilet + cuboard space for personal products
> downstairs toilet
> fully equipt kitchen with shelf space in fridge, freezer and cudboards + washing machine.
> spacious lounge diner with large smart tv and various subscriptions you are free to take advantage of (Netflix, Prime, Disney etc)

> Decently sized rear garden which catches the sun all day + outdoor seating and bbq.
> Plenty of on street parking, you cant always park in the close but theres always spaces nearby.
> Unlimited High-Speed Broadband/Wi-Fi
> 10 Min Walk to St Mary Cray Station (Trains to Victoria take 23 mins, Sevenoaks take 21 mins, Bromley 6 mins and other stations routes available
> Nugent shopping park and the gym group just a 15min walk also.
> Pettswood a 25min walk and pettswood woods a 10min walk.

The room is for single occupancy only, couples not considered.
