The room to be rented has built in bed, mattress, built in wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside table and a beautiful bay window. No furniture required! The house has 3 bedrooms in, one which I live in and another used as a study (happy to share this). There is a kitchen and living/dining room as well as a spacious garden. Petts wood and Orpington station are each about 15 min walk away and 208 bus goes from the end of the road to both.
