I have a room to rent in a 4-bed flat. The room in question is the first one to the right of the entrance on the side with 3 rooms. (So this would be the room with the 2.7 by 1.8 m dimensions according to the floor plan)
It's a great location, but a change in my circumstances means that I need someone to take over the lease. I haven't moved in yet, so the picture reflects the current state of the room.
The other tenants are 2 students and 1 professional, although I believe it would be preferable if you're a student. Bills not included, 795pcm rent. UK guarantor required, and the property is managed by NOPS. Rooms are let on an individual basis.
There's a shared living room with a washing machine, oven, and 2 fridges. 1 bathroom.
