The house has a comfortable lounge with a 43 inch Flatscreen TV. The Fibre Broadband is very good in this part of Headington. There is a covered bike store.

There is a large garden with seating.

Looking to let to a Postgrad/Phd student, Lecturer, researcher, accountant, solicitor, teacher, scientist, IT professional, Doctor or engineer. I have been letting to postgraduate students and university researchers as they are quiet genteel people.
