We are located in a quiet residential area off crescent road. Just a 25 minute walk from cowley road shops bars and restaurants. The room is dinky but lovely and with ample storage. It’s on the ground floor and has its own direct access via french windows. It overlooks a bright south facing front garden with decked area. There’s a spotlessly clean en-suite and the kitchen is directly across the hall. The kitchen is fully equipped with DW, fridge, freezer x 2, washing machine and tumble dryer, microwave & oven/grill, gass hob. There is also garage secure storage for bike etc and some parking.

Myself, 2 children of 15 & 18 and our dog live here. We’re looking for a female ideally but males considered. We do have high standards of cleanliness, so someone who shares this value is a must. We’re a friendly, easy going but busy household. Any questions please get in touch.

This room suits someone who has the budget for shared accommodation but prefers their own space, as it is very self contained. The room wouldn't suit someone who works from home the majority.
