OX1 DOUBLE SIZE ROOM - £825 a month

I am a medical doctor working on a gynaecology DPhil at the University of Oxford. My interests include health, fitness and food!

I'm looking for someone like myself who is a clean, independent, non-smoker.

As I am in my 3rd year, I will be here until January. After which I will be moving out and my friend will be taking over my room. Therefore, the contract is until January with the option to extend long term but the room will increase by £125 a month to over the council tax contribution.

My current housemate has a double bed in the room but she will be taking that when she leaves. It will then be replaced by a single bed unless you'd like to bring your own. The room also comes with a clothes rail, cabinet and desk. The room looks over the patio garden and tall trees and lets in a lot of light.
