I have a large, furnished double room with sash windows available on the first floor of a recently modernised 2 bed flat. The flat has tall ceilings, lots of natural light, and access to a communal garden and off-street parking off the private driveway.

There is a shared modern kitchen, cosy living room, and bathroom.
The room itself comes furnished with a wardrobe, sideboard, desk, chair, and a king-size sofa bed that easily converts into a full king-size bed.

I’ve spent the last couple of years updating the flat and am now looking for a friendly and tidy flatmate to enjoy the space with.

I’m sociable but also like a downtime. I work full time and often have to travel in the UK for work, I work from home on an adhoc basis. Evenings and weekends are often in the gym, seeing friends, or getting out on my motorbike. My boyfriend may visit occasionally, he has a small, well-trained parsons jack Russel.

The flat is located in a village with great walks right from the doorstep, a few decent pubs, and good bus links to Reading, Oxford, and beyond.

I’m looking for someone who’s easy-going, tidy, and respectful, the kind of person who knows how to be a great housemate!

Rent: £725 per month
Bills in addition: Council Tax (Band D), electricity, and water to be shared.
Also open to Monday–Friday lets (cost negotiable).
