Due to a change in circumstance, I need to find someone to take on my flat in The Park Headington.

I haven't moved in yet and the tenancy starts on the 14th September.

The flat has four bedrooms and a communally shared kitchen, the room has an en-suite (wash basin, toilet and shower) with lot's of underbed storage, a spacious desk, wardrobe, shelving and bed side table. I believe that the current occupants are 2 females and 1 male.

All bills are paid (water, WIFI, electricity, CCTV and security) and £212/week is the rate from the student accommodation agreement.

The Parkway is close to all amenities including gym (The Gym Group have amazing deals for students), Aldi supermarket, Homebase, Costa and of course the Universities.

It is easily commutable for Oxford Brooke's University students and I hear a lot of Brooke's students live at the Park.

City centre is only 20-30 minutes on the bus, though many students cycle. They have a secure bike storage area on site. Headington shops and Oxford Brooke's University is also very close on the bus just 10-15 minutes.

They run social events for free for the students, at least once per month.

It is a closed fob system which is very secure and there is always someone on site happy to help.

Please note that only full time students can live here and the room is single occupancy only, the bed is a small double.
