We are a friendly, long-established HMO of four perfectly located between Cowley Rd and St Clements St. With two of us moving out mid-January, we are looking for two new people to join our household.

To introduce your potential future housemates - Matteo and Toby - we are a working professional and a doctorate student around the age of 30, (fairly successfully) in the process of working out what we want to be and do in life. We value impromptu hangouts over meals, friendly debates, interesting people, trips to Lidl, time in nature, hosting the occasional party, and tending to the garden. We have a lovely big communal kitchen and living room, which we endeavour to keep tidy and often chill in.

The available rooms are on the 1st and 2nd floor of our 4-bedroom terraced house. They come fully furnished. One is en-suite, and one shares a big bathroom with one other housemate.

The rent is £710 pcm plus bills (around £120 pcm including council tax, band D).
