Unfortunately one of our current housemates is moving to London for work and looking to move out of our house ASAP so we have a room available to rent!

We’re a very friendly group of professionals, who are all sociable and would love someone to join in on pub trips and group meals! We are respectful of space and the property is well looked after by the landlord/agents. There is a large garden and conservatory. It’s around a 15 min walk away from town with good links to the train station.
The room is a large double bedroom with a huge window and sink included. It will come furnished.
Move in date: ASAP until end of August 2026
Rent: £650
Bills (water, gas, electric, council tax): around £130, this will be lower during the summer months.
