Hello,
We are looking for a new housemate to fill a double room in our house share. It is a 5 minute walk to the JR hospital, about a 30 min bus ride to central Oxford (the numbers 14 bus stop, is 5 mins away). The room is furnished. The rent includes all bill (even the internet).
In the house we have a small shared living room, a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a nice big garden where we can relax. There is also one bathroom with separate wc downstairs, and another bathroom upstairs.
We are all busy working professionals. We are a quiet bunch who enjoy friendly chats while cooking and sharing meals in the kitchen. We are considerate, friendly, and respectful of each others space. Our house isn’t a lively party place; instead, we treat it like a warm welcoming home. Everyone pitches in to keep things tidy and follows our cleaning rota. We are looking forward to finding someone who shares our way of life and values.
