Double room to rent down rectory road, parking spot available, shared kitchen and living room, two toilets and one shower - plenty of storage around the house, all bills are included with the rent including a weekly deep clean of the house.

We're looking for someone clean and not loud primarily - no preference as to age or profession since we're a mixed group, some full time working some students. Would be happy to arrange viewings and send more pictures of the house.

The only thing to note is that we've got two lovely cats (4y/o and 2y/0).
