Hi!🌿

I have a room available in a lovely two-bedroom flat in East Oxford (Cowley). My roommate is moving out from 16 December, and I'd love someone to take over the lease with me. Preferably someone looking to stay for a minimum of 3 months.

I'm a recent graduate from the University of Oxford, currently working in research. I enjoy reading, spending time outdoors/with friends, yoga, and exploring cafés. I'm hoping to find someone who's tidy, respectful and easy-going, and enjoys a calm and friendly home.

The flat is cosy, tidy and well looked after, with a fully equipped kitchen, living area, garden/patio, and a shared bathroom. It's in a great location with easy access to the city centre, Cowley Road and public transport.

💷 Bills are usually around £70-£80 per month (including Wi-Fi and electricity).
