Hi,
I’m moving out of this house due to a new job. I’ve loved living here and am very sad to be leaving. There’s been a bit of a room swap and now the ground floor double room is available.

The room:
The room includes double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and dresser. It has been re-painted in November 2025. It stays warm in the winter and gets a lot of natural light.

The house:
The house is shared with 5 other housemates. There is 2 full bathrooms on the upper floors and an additional toilet on the ground floor. There is a large open-plan kitchen/living area with two fridges, sofa, dining table and chairs, and a large storage cupboard. Each person gets their own fridge and freezer space and food cupboard. The kitchen is large with plenty of space for multiple people to cook at the same time. There is also a garden with covered bike storage, table and chairs and bbq.
The house is located in a quiet residential area just off Cowley Road. It feels really safe and has great access to shops, cafés and transport links just at the end of our street.

There is one car park space that is already being used but if you have a small car, it is possible to fit both cars in the space.

The housemates:
You will be sharing with 5 professionals who have been so lovely to live with. All have their own busy schedules but often do Sunday roasts at the local pub, see films at the Ultimate Picture Palace and love to yap in the kitchen.

The rental details:
Rent: £700 per month (all bills included)
Availability: 1st April
Deposit: 5 weeks rent
If you need to move out, there is a transfer of tenancy fee of £50, payable at the end of the tenancy.

The house is a fully registered HMO, regularly inspected by Oxford City Council, and managed by Oxford City Council Accredited Landlords.
