The kitchen has a washing machine and a range stove, with a 5 ring gas hob, and 3 electric ovens and a microwave The sitting room has a TV, dvd, DAB /smart radio, and opens onto the garden which is south west facing , and has an outdoor table and chairs. The garden has beautiful views, and nice trees and plants.

It is a short walk from the house to the river Thames. It is possible to walk or cycle to the city centre along the Thames path, or go down river to the countryside.
The bus stop on the ffley road is 7 minutes walk, and there are frequent number 3 buses to the city centre and Oxford science parks and Harwell.
There are Sainsburys, Tesco and Co op supermarkets nearby in Cowley and Rose hill, and the Cowley shopping centre is nearby.
