Twin single bed room in a nice house in Dorchester on Thames with an enclosed garden - off street parking for several cars, ideal if you have more then one vehicle, quiet cull de sac, my mother has just gone in to a home so its just myself in the house now - I don't need to be up at any particular time so there will be no 'bathroom logistics crashes' as I have no need to be up at a certain tiime being retired (I used to work in fusion energy sciencific research and now volenteer on the Chosely Wallingford vintage railway :)) so lodger has priority. I'm not the tidiest person but am planning to use the funds raised for a housekeeper and a gardener to keep our robot mower company! I have included 'disabled access' as we have a stairlift, but there are steps up to the back door. The room for rent has two single beds and a fridge. a toaster, microwave and a kettle will be provided if you don't have these things already. There is room for a desk; we have good Wi-Fi. Non-smokers only. The room has a basic air conditioner :) Rent includes all bills and council tax. LGBT friendly.
