You don't have to worry about bringing your own duvet unless you want to, but please bring your own linen. It will be your responsibility to do the laundry. My niece comes and stays in the house, occasionally.

The location of North Oxford is highly sort after and is perfect for anything going up or down the Banbury Road. Great for the University, and out towards Oxford Airport and Kidlington. OPP is down our road, and Jordan Hill Business Park is just 5 mins walk away. The new Oxford Parkway Railway Station is just 10mins walk. It is perfect if you finally want to ditch the car as you wont have to wait more than 5 mins to get a bus into Oxford. There is even a bus directly to the JR hospital complex. 15 min walk to Summertown.

So if you want to use public transport the bus stop is just 2mins walk to the Banbury Road bus stop.

The Summertown shops down the Banbury Road, has cafes, a Tesco and Sainsbury Express as well as a M&S food hall. The Dew Drop Inn Pub is there, just 15 mins walk away or less than 5 mins on the bus.

However, if you have a car, there is parking available and it is easy to get onto the A40, the A34 and even the M40 out of Oxford.

Cutteslowe Park is just 5 mins walk away and great for taking an early morning run before you have to get off to wherever you need to go. There is also a basket ball court and a new volleyball area. The Ferry Leisure Centre has a gym as well as a swimming pool and there is the upmarket Nuffield Health Fitness and Well being Gym at St Edwards (Teddies) School, which also has a 25 metre pool.
