Our lovely single room in a prestigious part of Oxford. A kitchenette is included which may be shared with another guest. The kitchenette includes fridge, microwave/oven, sink, table and chairs and all equipment. Free off-street parking. The large bathroom is right next to the room and will be for your sole use 99% of the time.
Summertown shops, cafes and restaurants are a pleasant 12-15 minute walk away. The new innovation district, Oxford North is a 15 minute walk away. Bus stop to city centre 3 minutes walk with a 10-15 minute journey depending on the time of day. Regular buses Woodstock, Charlbury and Chipping Norton. Buses to Kidlington and Bicester Village 10 minutes walk away.
We are retired professionals with a cat and have been letting the room on Airbnb very successfully with 5 star reviews for 10 years. We would now prefer a more long term tenant. We will consider weekdays only for £50 per night.
