Hi, room has just come up here. It is a beautiful double room with stripped wooden floorboards and fireplace in a 16th Century farmhouse. Bathroom with shower. Large, well appointed kitchen with range cooker, dishwasher, Nutribullet etc etc. Downstairs toilet, washing machine, large fridge freezer. You get the idea... Bills included.
The garden here is also stunning in Summer time and great for BBQ's etc!
Transport links are very good with bus stops to Thame, Aylesbury and oxford 200 yards or so away. It is very handily placed for hospitals, universities with the regular Brooke's bus running from the same stops.
