I’m looking for a lodger to rent a furnished double room in my lovely flat.

The room is modern, light and comfortable, with a double bed, fitted wardrobe and desk.

You’ll be sharing the flat with me (live-in owner). I’m friendly and sociable but also value personal space, so this would suit someone similar. I have my own en-suite, so you will largely be using the main bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped and shared. Everything is basically new because I've just moved in. All bills are included (gas, electricity, water, council tax and broadband).

The flat is well-located with good transport links and some shops nearby. It's a very pretty location, lots of greenery and the flat is basically in a gated community. It's a very wholesome vibe.
