Hi! I'm leaving Oxford for a new job and I'm looking for someone to replace me in our cosy 5 bedroom house close to Florence park in Cowley. The house is shared with 4 other women aged 24-28 and we are looking for another female of similar age. Three of the current residents are working professionals and one is a DPhil student. I've had a lovely time with them all and will be sad to leave, they have been a joy to live with 😊

The room is the second largest and furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and chair. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other girl and the house also has a spacious living room and kitchen, as well as a big garden at the back.

Rent is £600 per month and bills usually come to around £101 per month.

We have a cleaning rota that gets done once a week to keep the shared spaces clean and there's always a friendly face around for a chat. We also enjoy spending time together from time to time including movie nights and dinners and the occasional house party or night out.
