It is linked to the main property where I (the owner) live with my cat, Evie, but given that the only shared area is a little hallway at the main entrance, there will be complete privacy both for the studio resident and for myself.

I work full time in professional services at the University of Oxford, usually 2 days a week from home. I like keeping to myself but I won’t be a stranger if needed, I will of course be immediately responsive if there are any issues.
