I'm looking for someone to take over my lease in a sunny 4-bedroom duplex flat in Jericho! Start date is in June, can be flexible between now and end of June, and would ideally be for 6 months (ending early December or potentially, early January).

The flat has a fantastic location, right off little Clarendon street. It has recently been renovated, and comes with a spacious shared living room and kitchen (with a TV). We also have a washer/dryer in the kitchen and a heated towel rack in the bathroom.

Rent is £965 per calendar month (excluding bills, which is roughly £70-100 a month). The flat is currently made up of mix of graduate students, postdocs and professionals.
