Hi! Our group of postgrad students (me from Lebanon, Sofía from Spain, and Zeynep from Turkey) is looking for someone to sublet the fourth bedroom while our fourth housemate is away over the summer. The room is available August 4-end of September.

The rent is £580 for the bedroom (excluding bills). It has a double bed, closet, dresser, and a desk + chair. The subletter would share a bathroom with only two other tenants. The common spaces (kitchen, living room, garden) are well-equipped and maintained.

The house is on Union Street, just off of Cowley Road, with supermarkets, coffee shops, and restaurants within a minute's walk. Frequent buses to the city centre (6-8 minute ride) are just by the house, and the centre is a 20-25 minute walk.

Ideally, whoever joins the house would be clean, tidy, and happy to share food, cook together/for each other, and split common expenses. We'd love to live with people who care to invest in making a cozy, comfortable home.
