Looking for a new flatmate for a comfortable two-bedroom flat in North Oxford. I’m moving to London for work and am looking for someone to take over my lease.

The room is bright, spacious double, fully furnished with good storage and plenty of natural light. The flat has a large living room with floor-to-ceiling windows and a balcony, a well-equipped kitchen, shared bathroom, and parking available if needed.

It’s a 2 minute walk to bus stops with direct routes into the city centre and five minutes by bike to Oxford Parkway station. Summertown shops, cafés and restaurants are just a short walk away, and if you enjoy the outdoors, Port Meadow and the canal are 5 minutes from our doorstep. Wytham Woods is also close by for longer countryside walks.

Rent is £800 per month plus bills (Council Tax Band D). The lease expires in August with possibility to extend.

You would be sharing with one friendly, easy going male professional who mostly works from the office and often spends weekends in London, so the flat is generally quiet. The room would suit a tidy, considerate professional or PhD student looking for a relaxed, well-located home.
