This is a single room avialable for sublet between 22nd June until the first week of August (This might extend) in a shared house in Jericho. The rent is £800/month without bills. The bills usually come to around £60-70/month
The shared spaces include a large living room, kitchen, and bathroom, all of which receive a lot of light with big windows for the summer months. The furnishing is cosy and functional and the kithcen is well-equiped. As flatmates we love to go to yoga classes down the road, cook dinner together, and spend time reading and having good conversation. We are a clean house and have a shared rota on the weekend so we can divide chores. The house is right near the entrance to port meadow, and we often go for walks or get pizza by the Medley.
